opalescence tooth whitening gel?

i have the container the gel “needle-looking things” came in, as well as the gel. but no instructions! anyone know how to apply, how long to leave it on, when to do it, etc?

    yes,
    you put it in your retainers
    (just a small squirt) in each of your teeth marks in your retainer
    leave it on for about 2 hours then take out
    don’t eat nor drink with them in
    you can do it whenever you want
