I find that the best way to whiten your teeth is to use gel that sits in those mouth guard-like trays. I don’t know if you know what I’m talking about, but it seems to be working for me. I admit I have only been using it for a few days. You should look online and see if you can find a free trial for something, that’s what I did.

I would definitely recommend NutraBrite. It’s not in stores, but you can get it online and they are offering a free 21 day trial.

I have tried several other teeth whitening products (crest white strips and GoSmile) with some success, but I still thought my teeth could be whiter. I wasn’t interested in going to a dentist for Zoom just yet, so I decided to try NutraBrite.
